Humble contacts in one minute
Save how you met, link who introduced you, know your history together, share what you know and remember people next time.

What the film shows
- Where did we meet? Who spoke to them last? Is it in the CRM? Business cards, Gmail threads, Slack messages about the account and logins to HubSpot pile up. What you know about people is spread across too many tools.
- The Humble contacts character. Humble contacts: remember what matters about everyone you meet.
- Save how you met. On Andie's LinkedIn profile, click the Humble icon in the browser. Click Add to contacts, and Andie becomes a contact in one click; the Humble icon turns green. Under her contact card are three tabs: Timeline, Notes and Tasks. Click + Note and write "Met at the Berlin ops meetup. Priya Kaur introduced us." It is the first entry on your timeline with her. Never forget where you met.
- Link who introduced you. The note opens. Priya Kaur's contact card and the task "Send Andie the Q4 plan" join its Related items. See how everyone is connected.
- Know your history together. In My Contacts, click Andie. My timeline with Andie shows, newest first, the demo call, the email with the Q4 plan, the intro call and the note from the day you met. Be ready before every call.
- Share what you know. On the note "How to approach Andie", click the add person button. The note is shared with your team, Sam and Maya. Your team knows what you know.
- Remember them next time. Weeks later, you open Andie's profile again. The Humble icon is already green. Click it, and Humble shows its contact card for Andie (her role, who introduced you and her tag), then your timeline with her: the demo call, the Q4 plan email, the intro call and the day you met. Switch from Me to Team, and Sam's proposal and Maya's call notes join the timeline. Switch to Company, and other teams' history appears too, such as the contract Jo in Finance signed, and the Tidewell renewal deal from HubSpot, with no HubSpot login.
