Humble timeline in two minutes
All your work in sync, for you, your team and your projects: a history of everything you do, the work nobody sees, your tools in one view, your team without the chasing, what is coming up and where your time goes.
What the film shows
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Under each day, things you did appear, then fade to empty outlines. Where did my week go? What did I even do?
- The Humble timeline character arrives. Humble timeline: see all your work in sync, for you, your team and your projects.
- Keep a history of everything you do. A meeting on your calendar, a note you write and a task you tick each appear on your timeline. Every task, note and meeting, in one history.
- Count the work nobody sees. Two tasks you add appear too, with a plus for planned work, next to a finished task with a tick. Planning and organising are work too.
- Find things by when they happened. Scroll back to Monday. The note "Who I met at the workshop" opens, and it links to Priya Kaur's LinkedIn profile. Forgot a name? Go back to the day you met.
- Bring all your tools into one view. A call from Outlook, a ticket closed in Linear, a pull request merged in GitHub and a meeting from Google Calendar flow onto the timeline. All your tools in sync. No manual updates.
- Stay in sync with your team and projects. First the chasing: "Any update on the launch email?", "Is this done yet?", a weekly status meeting, "Did you send it?". Then the team timeline shows what is done and what is still to do. You tick a task, and it appears at the top with the time it was done. Then the same view for a shared project, Q4 launch. Stay in sync without the chasing or status meetings.
- See what's coming up. A launch review and two deadlines appear above today. Know what's next, so you have time to prepare and don't feel rushed.
- Look back on where your time goes. Pick Tidewell: over the last 30 days, 12 meetings, 9 hours 40 minutes and 18 tasks done, with the work itself below. See where your time goes, and choose what to change.
- A recap of the seven scenes, then: see all your work in sync, for you, your team and your projects.
