Connect GitHub and Linear

See progress against the team and product build

The problem

The real progress lives in commits, pull requests and tickets — three tools your team checks separately, if at all. Status meetings end up reconstructing what the tools already know.

What changes

GitHub and Linear feed one shared picture. What shipped, what’s in review and what’s next sit together — so progress is visible without anyone writing a status update.

How Humble helps

1
Connect both tools
Link GitHub and Linear from Connections. Humble brings the activity into one view.
2
See progress in one place
Merged pull requests and completed tickets appear on the team’s timeline as they happen.
3
Skip the status-meeting reconstruction
The week’s movement is already assembled — for stand-ups, retros or a Friday summary.

Set it up

Takes about five minutes

  1. Open Humble and go to Settings.
  2. Click Connections.
  3. Find GitHub and click Connect, then authorise access.
  4. Do the same for Linear.
  5. Team activity appears on the shared timeline.

You will need

You will need admin access to the GitHub organisation and Linear workspace.
