Performance management

Walk into your 1:1 with a clear record of what you’ve contributed

The problem

Review season asks you to remember six months of work on demand. For most people — and especially for ADHD brains — the recent fortnight is vivid and everything before it is fog. Good work goes uncredited simply because nobody wrote it down.

What changes

Your contribution record builds itself as you work. Before a 1:1 or a review, filter your timeline by month or quarter and the evidence is already assembled.

How Humble helps

1
Work as normal
Tasks completed, meetings attended, notes added — your timeline organises it all as you go. Nothing extra to write.
2
Filter by the period that matters
This week, this month, this quarter — see everything that moved in the window your review covers.
3
Bring the evidence
Walk in with specifics: what shipped, what you drove, when. Recognition based on the record, not on recall.

Set it up

Takes about two minutes

  1. Open Humble and go to your Timeline tab.
  2. Use the date picker to select the review period.
  3. Scroll through what moved — tasks, meetings, notes.
  4. Click any item for the full detail.
  5. Share or export the view if you need a record.
