Setup guide

You're almost set up

Follow the steps below, then choose what you want Humble to help you with first.

Setup

Get Humble where you need it

Two quick steps and you're ready to go.

Pin Humble to your toolbar

So Humble is one click away on any page, any time.

  1. Click the puzzle icon in your Chrome toolbar
  2. Find Humble and click the pin icon next to it
Make Humble your home base

Every new tab opens your tasks, notes and calendar — ready before you've typed a thing.

  1. Open the Humble sidebar — click the extension icon in your toolbar, or the Humble icon floating on the right side of your browser
  2. In the sidebar, tap Humble in the top left corner, then choose Set as homepage
  3. If Chrome asks whether to keep the change, click Keep it

Test it: open a new tab — you should see your Humble home. Your search bar still works as normal, so you can browse freely while staying on top of what's next.

What Humble can do for you

Choose what you want to try first

Take notes on any page

Remember how you met someone, what you talked about — and find them again even if you've forgotten their name

Add a note to any LinkedIn profile or webpage. It saves automatically. Next time you need to find someone, just search what you remember —

"find the woman from the Berlin conference who knew Sarah"

— and actually find her.

Tasks

Stop losing work between tabs, tools and AI conversations — attach everything to the task it belongs to

Every task in Humble can hold links to the pages, docs and conversations that go with it. Your Claude chat, the Figma link, the briefing doc — all attached, all there when you come back. Nothing gets lost between sessions.

"preparing a landing page — the briefing doc, the Claude conversation, the design link and the copy draft, all in one task"

LinkedIn capture

Met someone great? Save them to your CRM before you've even left the conversation

Open Humble on any LinkedIn profile, hit magic fill, and their name, role and company land straight in Airtable, Notion or HubSpot. No tab switching, no copy-paste, no forgetting to log it later.

"met 12 people at a conference — all saved to my CRM before leaving the venue"

For teams

One place where your whole team's knowledge lives

When your team uses Humble together, everything they capture — contacts, notes, data from your tools — is shared and searchable by everyone. No more asking "did anyone speak to this person before?"

Shared contacts

One person captures a contact, everyone on the team can see it. No duplicates, no gaps.

Data from your tools

Pull in records from Airtable, Notion or HubSpot and surface them right next to the page you're on.

Always in sync

Updates in your CRM or database appear in Humble automatically. Your team always sees the latest.
