Who it's for
For anyone whose brain works differently
- Autistic people, and people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- People with AuDHD (autism and ADHD together)
- People with dyslexia, dyspraxia or dyscalculia
- People who think they might be neurodivergent. You do not need a diagnosis.

When you ask to join, we check your request. Then you are added to Announcements. You choose if you want to join Chat too.

Only the Humble team posts here. Read updates, events and new tips to help you work with your brain. Other members cannot see your phone number.

House rules
Five rules that keep the chat safe
- Be kind. Everyone here thinks in their own way.
- Keep it in the community. Do not share what people say outside it.
- Share what works for you, not medical advice. For health questions, talk to a doctor.
- No selling. No adverts, sales messages or spam.
- Tell us if something is wrong. Message the Humble team and we will act on it.

Before you join
In Announcements, no. Only the Humble team can see it. In Chat, yes. Every member of Chat can see your phone number, so think about this before you join it. You can stay in Announcements only.
Yes. The community is free, and you do not need to use Humble to join.

No. Announcements is for reading only. You can join Chat when you are ready, read without posting, mute it or leave at any time.
