Accessibility statement

Humble is built for minds that work differently, so this website should work for everyone who visits it. This statement covers humbleai.com. It doesn't cover the Humble app at my.humbleai.com.
How we're doing
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We're not fully there yet. The problems we know about are listed below, and we'll update this page as we fix them.
What you can do on this site
- Make text bigger with the text size setting in your browser, and the page adjusts to fit.
- Zoom in up to 400% without text being cut off. When you zoom in, the header stops sticking to the top of the screen so it doesn't cover what you're reading.
- Use the site with a keyboard, including the menus. On most pages, pressing Tab first shows a "Skip to main content" link.
- Stop animation by turning on "reduce motion" in your device settings. Moving logo strips also have their own pause button.
- Move around each page by its headings with a screen reader. Links that open a new tab say so.
- Read text descriptions of images that carry meaning.
Problems we know about
- Some text inside our product illustrations is smaller than 12px. A few illustrations also keep their text size when you change the text size setting, so use browser zoom for those.
- There's no dark mode yet. Your device's colour inversion setting does work.
- Some headings and paragraphs are centred rather than left-aligned, which is harder to follow when you're zoomed in.
- The Join page has no "Skip to main content" link and no contact details.
- On Set up Humble, the hints that show where to tap keep moving until you turn on "reduce motion".

How we tested this site
We checked every page on 27 September 2026 using automated tests in a web browser. They covered colour contrast, headings, zoom up to 400%, a 150% browser text size and text spacing. We also checked the menus and pause buttons with a keyboard. People who use assistive technology haven't tested the site yet. We plan to do that next.
