After this chapter you will know the ways your work can pay.
Humble for you costs £72 a year or £8 a month. Many people get their work to pay for it. There are four common ways:
- A wellbeing or learning budget. Money your employer gives each person to spend each year.
- A benefits platform. An app or website where you spend that money.
- A reasonable adjustment. A change your employer makes so you can do your job well.
- Access to Work. A grant from the UK government.
Not sure which one you have? Ask your manager or HR team. Or send them our ready-made note. It asks about a budget and a reasonable adjustment for you.
