About Humble
Why we started Humble
We started Humble with one question: how do we make AI easy for everyone to use? When more people can use AI, more people can build technology. Different people build different things. That makes the world fairer and more interesting.
We also ask a second question: how can people with very different minds work well together, each at their best? We believe that if you build for belonging, work gets better for everyone. Our team is very neurodivergent, so this matters to us personally.

Story ideas
Topics where AI, neurodiversity and inclusion at work meet. Mahdi can talk about each one.
Build for belonging and work gets better for everyone
When you design work for people whose minds work differently, it gets clearer for everyone. Mahdi explains why inclusion is a design choice, not an extra.
AI as an everyday adjustment at work
How AI tools can help people with ADHD, autistic people and dyslexic people at work. What employers should know about reasonable adjustments, the Equality Act 2010 and Access to Work.
Different minds, better innovation
Why neurodiverse teams build better products, and better AI. Humble’s own team is very neurodivergent, and builds that way.
Who gets to build with AI?
Make AI easy to use and more people become builders of technology. More kinds of people build more kinds of things. Lessons from workshops with LIFT, Better Space and OffScript.
The founder’s story
From investment banking and big data in Asia to building Humble in London, with a mission to make AI work for every kind of mind.
