Setup guide

One Humble, everywhere you work

Humble works best when it's one tap away wherever you are. Three steps, about five minutes — then it's with you on your computer, in your browser and on your phone.

Three short steps, in order — but start where you are. On your phone right now? Jump straight to step 03.

Step 01takes about 1 minute

Log in on your computer

After this step you'll have your Humble account, ready to use anywhere.

In short

Go to platform.thehumbleai.com and sign in — everything else builds on this.

Log in to Humble

No account yet? The same link lets you create one free.

Step 02takes about 2 minutes

Add Humble to your browser

After this step, Humble is one click away on any page — and every new tab opens your tasks, notes and calendar, ready before you've typed a thing.

In short

Install the extension, then flip one toggle on My profile to make Humble your new tab.

Install the extension

Everything starts with the Chrome extension.

Add to Chrome

My profile — Set up Humble where you work

Pin Humble to your toolbar

So Humble is one click away on any page, any time.

  1. Click the puzzle icon in your Chrome toolbar
  2. Find Humble and click the pin icon next to it

Puzzle icon → pin Humble

Make Humble your home base

Every new tab opens your tasks, notes and calendar — ready before you've typed a thing.

  1. Click "My profile" in the top right corner of Humble
  2. Under "Set up Humble where you work," find the New tab page toggle and switch it on
  3. Open a new tab to confirm it's working

Switch New tab page on

Chrome will ask about this change

You'll see a banner saying "Humble changed your new tab page". Click Keep it — choosing "Change it back" will undo the setup.

Click Keep it — not Change it back

Your search bar still works as normal, so you can browse freely while staying on top of what's next.

Step 03takes about 2 minutes

Put Humble on your phone

After this step, Humble opens from your home screen like any other app — your tasks, notes and day, two taps away. No app store needed.

In short

Open Humble in your phone's browser, then use "Add to home screen."

If you're reading this on your phone already, skip the QR code and jump straight to the steps below.

3

4

Tap "Add to Home Screen"

Scroll down in the menu that appears and tap Add to Home Screen.

5

Tap "Add"

Confirm the name and tap Add in the top right corner. Humble will appear on your home screen like any other app.

Step 04pick one, takes about 2 minutes

You're set up. Choose what to try first

After this step you'll have done something genuinely useful with Humble — not just installed it.

Notes

Remember how you met someone, what you talked about — and find them again even if you've forgotten their name

Add a note to any LinkedIn profile or webpage. It saves automatically. Next time you need to find someone, just search what you remember — "find the woman from the Berlin conference who knew Sarah" — and actually find her.

Tasks

Stop losing work between tabs, tools and AI conversations — attach everything to the task it belongs to

Every task in Humble can hold links to the pages, docs and conversations that go with it. Your Claude chat, the Figma link, the briefing doc — all attached, all there when you come back. Nothing gets lost between sessions.

Open Humble on any LinkedIn profile, hit magic fill, and their name, role and company land straight in Airtable, Notion or HubSpot. No tab switching, no copy-paste, no forgetting to log it later.
