How it works

Set it up once. It runs every evening.

  1. Step 1: Connect Gmail and Humble

    Connect Gmail and Humble to Claude. Ask: Can you see my Gmail and my Humble contacts?

  2. Step 2: Schedule the evening prompt

    Paste the prompt below into a scheduled task in Claude, and have it run every day at 18:00.

  3. Step 3: New people are in Humble

    Each person you were introduced to is in Contacts, with their name and email.

  4. Step 4: Ask how you met

    Ask Claude: Who introduced me to Andie? The link between the two contacts tells it.

What you get

  • You always know how you met. Each new person is linked to who introduced you.

What you need

  • A Humble account, connected to Claude. See how to connect it

  • A paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), to run it on a schedule

Copy the prompt

Look in my Gmail for email from the last 2 days where someone introduces me to a new person, or where I replied to someone new. Skip sales emails I did not reply to, newsletters and automatic emails. For each new person, search my Humble contacts by email, then by name. If they are not there, add them with their full name and email. Make sure the person who introduced us is a contact too. Link the new contact to the person who introduced us. Do not delete or change anything else. When you finish, list who you added and who introduced them.

In Claude

  1. Connect Humble to Claude.

    1. In Claude, select Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.
    2. Select + Add, then Add custom connector.
    3. Name it Humble and paste this address: https://my.humbleai.com/mcp Select Continue.
    4. Select Connect next to Humble. Sign in to Humble and select Allow.

  2. In Customize, then Connectors, connect Gmail too.
  3. Select Scheduled in the sidebar, then New task and Set up manually.
  4. Name it Intros to contacts. Paste the prompt. Set it to Daily at 18:00, then select Save.

Claude may look a little different. Introduced through a networking app that emails you? The prompt treats it like any other introduction.

It can. ChatGPT runs scheduled tasks too, and connects to Humble the same way. These steps are written for Claude, because that is where we run them.

No. It skips cold emails you did not reply to, newsletters and automatic emails.

It searches by email, then by name. If they are already there, it does not add them again.
