Choose your app to see its steps.

Connect Claude

On claude.ai and Claude Desktop. Then use it in the Claude phone app too.

  1. In Claude, select Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.
  2. Select + Add, then Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Humble and paste the address: https://my.humbleai.com/mcp Then select Continue.
  4. Select Connect next to Humble. Sign in to Humble and select Allow.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds Humble first, in Organization settings → Connectors. Then everyone else selects Connect. On the Free plan you can add one custom connector.

Connect Claude Code

In your terminal.

  1. Run this command: claude mcp add --transport http --scope user humble https://my.humbleai.com/mcp
  2. In Claude Code, type /mcp and choose humble.
  3. Sign in to Humble in your browser and select Allow. Humble may call it an unverified app, because it cannot check who made it. That is expected.

--scope user makes Humble work in every project. Leave it out to add Humble to this project only.

Connect ChatGPT

On chatgpt.com. Then use it in the ChatGPT apps too.

  1. In ChatGPT, open Plugins and select +.
  2. Select Add custom MCP server.
  3. Name it Humble and paste the address: https://my.humbleai.com/mcp
  4. For sign-in, choose OAuth. Then sign in to Humble and select Allow. Humble may call it an unverified app, because it cannot check who made it. That is expected.

You need a paid ChatGPT plan. On some plans, turn on Developer mode in Settings first. On a Business or Enterprise plan, an admin may need to allow custom apps. ChatGPT asks you to confirm before it changes anything in Humble.

Connect Gemini

On gemini.google.com.

Not available everywhere yet

Google offers custom apps in Gemini only in some countries, such as the US. You need a personal Google account and a Google AI Pro or Ultra plan. It is not available in the UK or the EU yet. If you do not see Custom apps, use Claude or ChatGPT for now.

  1. In Gemini, open Settings, then Connected Apps.
  2. Under Custom apps, select Add a custom app.
  3. Paste the address: https://my.humbleai.com/mcp Leave the client ID and secret empty.
  4. Sign in to Humble and select Allow. Humble may call it an unverified app, because it cannot check who made it. That is expected.

Questions

If something does not work

AI apps move their menus often, and some plans do not have custom connectors. Look in your app's settings for Connectors, Apps or Plugins. Still stuck? Email hello@thehumbleai.com.

That is normal if you have not used it for 30 days. Sign in to Humble and select Allow again.

Yes, if the app can connect to an MCP server with sign-in. Add a custom connector, paste https://my.humbleai.com/mcp, then sign in to Humble.

Remove Humble from the connectors or apps list in your AI app. Then it cannot use your Humble account.
