Each morning, Claude looks at your meetings for the day. For each person you have not looked up yet, it writes a short profile from public information and links it, and their LinkedIn page, to their contact in Humble.

How it works

Set it up once. It runs every morning.

  1. Step 1: Connect your calendar and Humble

    Connect Google Calendar and Humble to Claude. Ask: Can you see my calendar and my Humble contacts?

    Needs the Humble AI connector (MCP) (opens in a new tab) and your calendar connected to your AI app (opens in a new tab)

  2. Step 2: Schedule the morning prompt

    Paste the prompt below into a scheduled task in Claude, and have it run every weekday at 07:30.

  3. Step 3: Each person is filled in

    Open a contact. A profile note and their LinkedIn page are linked under Related items.

  4. Step 4: Ask before the call

    Ask Claude: Who am I meeting at 10? It reads the profile and tells you.

What you need

  • A Humble account, connected to Claude. See how to connect it
  • Google Calendar connected to Claude
  • A paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), to run it on a schedule

Copy the prompt

Look at my calendar for today. For each meeting, find each person from outside my company in my Humble contacts. If someone is not there, add them with their name and email. If their contact has no note with "profile" in the title, look them up on the web. Use only public information. Write a short Humble note called "[their name] · profile": their role, their company, what the company does, and anything recent. Link the note to their contact. If you find their LinkedIn page, link it to their contact as a web page. Do not change anything else. When you finish, list who you looked up.

In Claude

  1. Connect Humble to Claude.

    1. In Claude, select Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.
    2. Select + Add, then Add custom connector.
    3. Name it Humble and paste this address: https://my.humbleai.com/mcp Select Continue.
    4. Select Connect next to Humble. Sign in to Humble and select Allow.

  2. In Customize, then Connectors, connect Google Calendar too.
  3. Select Scheduled in the sidebar, then New task and Set up manually.
  4. Name it Fill in my meetings. Paste the prompt. Set it to Weekdays at 07:30, then select Save.

Claude may look a little different. People invited to your meetings are also added to Humble when your calendar is connected to Humble.

It can. ChatGPT runs scheduled tasks too, and connects to Humble the same way. These steps are written for Claude, because that is where we run them.

No. The prompt skips people from your own company.

It adds people who are missing, and links a note and a web page to each one. It does not change anything else, and it cannot delete anything.

No. Your notes and links are private. Linking a note to a person shares nothing with them.

No. Scheduled tasks in Claude run online, even when your computer is asleep.
