Use case
Get a plan for the week every Monday
Every Monday morning, your AI app reads each project in Humble and writes your plan for the week: what to do first, what is late and what you are waiting on. It saves the plan as a note and leaves your tasks alone.

The problem: Monday morning, five projects, and no idea where to start.
The problem
What gets in the way
- An hour lost on MondayYou spend the start of the week working out what to work on.
- Too many projects to holdEach project is in a different place. Your head cannot hold them all.
- Late work hidesSomething was due last week. Nobody noticed.
How it works
Set it up once. It runs every Monday.
-
Step 1: Give each project a brief
Make one folder per project, with a short note whose title ends in brief. It says what the project is for and when it is due.
-
Step 2: Schedule the Monday prompt
Paste the prompt below into a scheduled task in Claude or ChatGPT, and have it run every Monday at 08:30.
-
Step 3: Read your week plan
Each Monday, a Week plan note is waiting in Humble: the first three tasks for each project, anything late and anything you are waiting on.
-
Step 4: Say what to change
Busy week? Tell any AI app what to move. It changes only the tasks you name.
What you get
- A plan before your first coffee. You start the week doing, not deciding.
- Every project in one note, so nothing is forgotten.
- Late work shows up on Monday, not on Friday.
- You stay in charge. The scheduled prompt only writes a note.
Set it up
Set up your Monday plan in about ten minutes
What you need
- A Humble account, connected to your AI app. See how to connect it
- At least one project folder with a note whose title ends in “brief”
- A paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), or a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise), to run it on a schedule
Copy the prompt
Find each of my Humble notes with "brief" in the title. For each one, look at the open tasks in the same folder. Write one Humble note called "Week plan · [today's date]". For each project, list: the three tasks to do first this week, anything overdue, anything due this week, and anything I am waiting on from someone else. Do not change any tasks. End with up to three questions I should answer this week.

Questions
Common questions
Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, once you connect them to Humble. It takes a few minutes. Some AI apps need a paid plan of their own to add a custom connector.
Not with this prompt. It writes a note and leaves your tasks as they are. Your AI app changes a task only when you ask it to, in a chat.
A short note in the project’s folder: the goal, the deadline, who is involved and the decisions so far. Five lines is enough.
Not through Humble. To plan around your meetings, connect your calendar to your AI app too.
It reads the tasks shared with you, with who each one is for. Put the project in a shared space in Humble for teams, and the plan can list them by person.
No. Scheduled tasks in Claude and ChatGPT run online, even when your computer is asleep.
No. Connecting your AI apps is part of every Humble plan.

-
The problem: A deadline passes quietly. By the time I notice, it is a problem.
Catch what is slipping before it is late
Every weekday, your AI app lists what is late or due soon, and suggests what to do with each.
-
The problem: Every Friday, I piece the week back together to write an update.

The problem: I know what the project is for. I do not know where to start.
