Use case
Turn a goal into a project plan
Paste a goal or a brief into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. It breaks the work into small tasks, shows you the plan, then adds the tasks to one project folder in Humble, linked to the brief.

The problem: I know what the project is for. I do not know where to start.
The problem
What gets in the way
- The blank pageYou know the goal. Working out the steps feels so big that the project waits.
- Tasks that are too big“Do the launch” is not a task. You cannot start it today.
- The plan lives in a chatYour AI app made a good plan. Next week, it is lost in an old chat.
How it works
From a goal to a plan in two messages
-
Step 1: Paste your brief
Paste your goal or brief into Claude. Ask it to break the work into tasks of half a day or less, and to show you first.
-
Step 2: Say yes
Check the plan. Change anything you like. Then say Add them to Humble.
-
Step 3: See the tasks in Humble
Each task is in your project folder, with a due date or Now, Next or Later.
-
Step 4: The brief is with every task
Open any task. The brief is linked, so the goal is always one click away.
What you get
- A start you can make today. Every task is small enough to begin.
- One home for the project: a folder with the tasks and the brief.
- A plan every AI app can read. Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini all see the same tasks.
- Nothing added without you. It shows the plan first.
Set it up
Plan your first project in about five minutes
What you need
- A Humble account, connected to your AI app. See how to connect it
- A goal or a short brief: what “done” looks like, the deadline and who is involved
Copy the prompt
I am starting a project called Tidewell launch. Here is what it is for: [paste your brief or notes]. Break it into stages, then into tasks that each take half a day or less. Show me the plan first. When I say yes, create each task in Humble in a folder called Tidewell launch, with a due date and Now, Next or Later. Then save the brief as a Humble note called "Tidewell launch · brief" in the same folder, and link each task to it.
