Open the task and select Related, then Add link. In Add a relationship, type part of a note, task, contact or tag and pick it. To link a web page, paste its address and select Add.
Link something to a task
Open the task and select Related at the bottom.
Select Add link (Search or add).
In Add a relationship, type part of a note, task, contact or tag. Or paste a web address.
Pick it from Suggestions. For a web address, select Add.
When you finish, you’ll see this.
It now shows under Related items, and the task’s Related count goes up.
See what a task is linked to
A task with links has a small count in its corner. Point at it, or tap it, to see the list under Related to.
In the browser extension, open a task and select Add this page to link the page you are on.
Questions
Does linking a contact share the task with them?
No. Linking is only for you. See linking vs sharing.
Who can add links?
Anyone who can edit the task.
Why won’t my link save?
It needs to be a full web address, such as https://tidewell.com/launch.
