How do I save a note about the page I am on?

Save what you are thinking, right next to the page it is about.

Works in: the Humble browser extension

Short answer

Select the Humble icon in your toolbar (or press Ctrl Shift K (Control on a Mac)). In Notes, select + next to This page, type your note and select Save.

Save a note about a page

  1. On the page, select the Humble icon in your toolbar. Or press Ctrl Shift K (Control on a Mac).

  2. In Notes, select + next to This page (New note on this page).

  3. Type your note. It is already linked to the page.

  4. Select Save.

  5. When you finish, you’ll see this.

Next time you open this page, your note is under This page and the Humble icon is green.

Where your notes appear

  • This page: notes linked to the page you are on.
  • This site: notes about other pages on the same site.
  • Other notes: your latest notes.

Questions

Can I add a task about the page instead?

Yes. Open Tasks in the sidebar and select +. Or use the link button on any task to Link this task to the current page.

Can I save a note about an AI chat?

Yes. Each ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini chat counts as its own page.
