For IT admins

Set up Humble for your whole team

Approve Humble once for your organisation. Then your team does not see "Need admin approval" on their first day.

Overview

What you can set up

Each person still signs in to Humble with their own account. These steps only remove the approval screens.

Browser extension

Install the extension for everyone

The Humble extension ID is below. It is the same in Chrome and Edge.

  2. Select Devices, then Chrome, then Apps & extensions, then Users & browsers.
  3. Choose the team or group on the left.
  4. Select the + button, then Add Chrome app or extension by ID.

In Edge, new tabs do not open Humble. Saving notes, tasks and pages works the same as in Chrome.

Slack

Approve the Humble app for your workspace

With Humble in Slack, people send a message to Humble, or forward one, and it appears on their timeline.

  1. Sign in to Slack as a workspace admin or owner.
  2. Open the Humble install link:
    https://my.humbleai.com/chat/slack/v1/A05KNFGBWGL/install
  3. Check what Humble asks for, then select Allow.
  4. If your workspace asks for app approval, add Humble to your approved apps.

Each person's Slack email must match their Humble email. Humble reads only the channels it is added to.

Single sign-on

Let people sign in with their work account

Single sign-on works with Google and Microsoft accounts. We set it up for you on request, for Humble for teams. Book a call or email hello@thehumbleai.com.
