The problem
What gets in the way
- Only 30 days on the free planOn Granola’s free plan, you can see and search your meeting notes for 30 days only.
- Two places to lookYour meetings are in Granola. Your tasks, notes and people are in other apps.
- Nothing is linkedA meeting note is not linked to the task or the person it was about.
How it works
Set it up once. It runs every day.
-
Step 1: Connect Humble and Granola to your AI app
Add both to Claude as connectors, or to ChatGPT as plugins. Sign in to each one.
-
Step 2: Make a daily scheduled task
Paste the prompt below into a scheduled task, and have it run every day.
-
Step 3: Each meeting becomes a Humble note
Every day, your AI app saves each new meeting as a note. It skips meetings that are already saved.
What you get
- Your history stays. Every meeting you back up stays in Humble, with no 30-day limit.
- It is all in one place, with your tasks, notes and people.
- You find it fast, by search, tag or person, or by the day on your timeline.
- You choose who sees it. Only you can see it until you share it.
Set it up
Back up Granola in about ten minutes
What you need
- A Humble account, connected to your AI app. See how to connect it
- Granola, with the meeting notes you want to keep
- A paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), or a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise)
- For full transcripts, a paid Granola plan. Without one, you still get the summary and the actions
Copy the prompt
Look in Granola for my meetings from the last 2 days. For each meeting, search my Humble notes for its title and date. If a note is already there, skip it. If not, create one Humble note for the meeting. Title: the meeting name, then the date, like "Tidewell pilot call · 21 Oct 2026". Text: who was there, Granola's summary, the action items, then the full transcript under the heading "Transcript". When you finish, list the notes you added.
