The problem
Juggling a few projects at once means you’re one interruption away from losing track of where you were. Deadlines blur together, tasks get duplicated in three different places, and nothing feels properly finished — even when it is.
What changes
Each project has its own home. Your tabs, notes and deadlines stay attached to the work they belong to, so switching projects doesn’t mean losing your place — and Friday’s status update writes itself from your timeline.
How Humble helps
1
Add a task for each project
Image — task list with a named task per project
Give each workstream a named task and Humble gives it a home — everything that belongs to that project attaches to it.
2
Attach your working materials
GIF — tabs attached to a task, reopened in one click
Pin the tabs, docs and tools you’re using to each task. Click the task later and everything reopens exactly where you left it.
3
Sort tasks into Now, Next and Later
GIF — tasks sorted into Now, Next and Later columns
Three columns make the decision for you: Now is your focus, Next is coming up, Later is everything else. Work from the top.
Set it up
- Open Humble in your browser.
- Add a task for each active project.
- Set a priority — Now, Next or Later — for each one.
- Open the Humble extension on a project tab and click Attach this tab.
- Repeat for the tabs that belong to each project.
