My calendar says "connection broken". What do I do?

Humble can’t reach that calendar any more.

Works in: the web app at my.humbleai.com

Short answer

Select Reconnect and sign in with the same Google or Microsoft account. It usually happens when access was removed, your password changed, or the permission wasn’t given. Meetings you already have stay.

Reconnect your calendar

  1. On the My Calendar card, select Reconnect.

  2. Sign in with the same account. A different one is added as a new calendar.

  3. Allow Humble to read your calendar again.

  4. When you finish, you’ll see this.

Your meetings come back on My Calendar and your Progress timeline.

Where you might see it

  • On the My Calendar card on Home.
  • In Manage Integrations on the Progress timeline, as Connection broken.
  • In Manage connections, in My profile, as Reconnect required.

Questions

Do I lose my meetings?

No. Meetings Humble already has stay. Removing the integration is what deletes them.

Do my other calendars stop too?

No. Only that account stops until you reconnect.

It broke again. Why?

Check that you allow Humble to see your calendar on the sign-in screen. If it keeps happening, email hello@thehumbleai.com.
