How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel when you like. Humble stays on until the end of what you paid for.

Short answer

In My profile, select Manage subscription, then Cancel plan. Humble stays on until the end of the month or year you paid for.

Cancel your plan

  1. In My profile, under Humble plan, select Manage subscription.

  2. Stripe opens. Select Cancel plan.

  3. Confirm that you want to cancel.

  4. When you finish, you’ll see this.

What happens to your money

  • Monthly plan: you will not be charged again. Humble stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
  • Yearly plan: you pay for the year up front. Humble stays on until the end of the year.
  • Forgot your yearly plan renewed? Just tell us. We move you to monthly and refund the rest. You only pay £8 for each month since it renewed.

Not at the moment. You pick a plan and pay, then sign in with the same email.
