Where do tasks shared with me show up?

On the Tasks page, and on Home if they are yours to do.

Short answer

Every task shared with you is on the Tasks page, in the same lane as for everyone else. Tasks assigned to you also show on the My Tasks card on your Home screen. A task shared with you but not assigned to you doesn’t show on Home.

Good to know

  • Humble doesn’t send an email or notification when something is shared with you.
  • Open the task and look at Share at the bottom to see who else is on it.
  • If you are a Viewer, it says This task is read-only.

Questions

Why can’t I see it on Home?

Home shows tasks you own or are assigned to. Ask for it to be assigned to you, or find it on the Tasks page.

Can I move it to a different lane just for me?

No. Now, Next and Later are the same for everyone on the task.
