Short answer

Email hello@thehumbleai.com. A person replies. In the browser extension, you can also select Get in touch at the bottom of the sidebar.

Add a screenshot if you can.
Use the email you sign in to Humble with.

If Humble shows Something went wrong, select Email error to Humble. It adds the details for you.
