Short answer

No. Your contacts are private, and there is no way to share one. If you link a contact to a task or note you share, the people on that task or note can see the contact’s details there.

How contacts work with sharing

  • Share with a contact: pick a contact when you share a task or note, and they get access to that task or note.
  • Linked contacts: anyone who can see a shared task or note can see the contacts linked to it.
  • Contacts without an email can’t be shared with. They show This contact has no email.
