How do I share with everyone at my company?

Share once with your whole team, without adding people one by one.

Short answer

Open Share this task and type your work domain with an @, such as @tidewell.com. Pick Add anyone from @tidewell.com, choose a role and select Add.

Share with your company

  1. Open the task.

  2. Select Share this task, the person icon at the top of the task.

  3. Type your work domain with an @, such as @tidewell.com.

  4. Pick Add anyone from @tidewell.com.

  5. Choose a role in They join as: Admin, Contributor or Viewer.

  6. Select Add.

  7. When you finish, you’ll see this.

Everyone who signs in to Humble with an @tidewell.com email can now see the task, with the role you chose.

Questions

Who counts as my company?

Anyone who signs in to Humble with an email at that domain, now or later.

Can I remove it later?

Yes. In Sharing, select the role next to the domain and choose Remove access.
