Why aren't my Slack messages showing?

Short answer

Check that the email on your Slack profile is exactly the same as the email you use for Humble. If it isn’t, your messages won’t reach your Humble account. Also check that you sent the message to Humble directly, not in a channel.

Check these

  1. The emails are exactly the same. The email on your Slack profile must be exactly the email you sign in to Humble with. If it is different, even slightly, your messages won’t reach your Humble account.
  2. It was a direct message. Open Humble under Apps in Slack and message it there. Channel messages and @mentions aren’t saved.
  3. Your filters. On the Progress timeline, open Filters and check Slack DMs with @Humble is ticked.
  4. Humble is in that workspace. If you use more than one Slack workspace, add Humble to each.

Yes. Humble doesn’t reply to messages. Check your timeline.

I edited a message in Slack. Does Humble update?

No. Humble keeps the message as you first sent it.

My emails are different. What do I do?
