Open the task and select History, the clock icon at the top. You see each change, newest first, with who made it and when.

What History shows
Changes to the title, description, due date, Now, Next or Later, links, related items and who it is assigned to. It also shows when the task was created, completed or reopened.
Changes one person makes within 10 minutes of each other show as one entry.
Questions
Why can’t I see History?
History is for people who can edit the task. Viewers don’t see it.
Does it show sharing changes?
No. Check the Share tab to see who has access now.
Why does an old change have no name?
Humble didn’t always record who made a change. Newer changes always show a name.
