What can my employer see?

Your private Humble stays private.

Works in: the web app at my.humbleai.com, the Humble browser extension, Humble on your phone

Short answer

Your employer can’t see your private Humble. People at work only see what you share with them, or what is shared in your team’s spaces. On Humble for teams, admins see who is active and the billing. They never see your private content.

What stays private

  • Every task and note you haven’t shared. A new task or note is private.
  • Your contacts. They are only ever yours.
  • Your calendar. Humble reads it only for you.

What people at work can see

  • Things you share with someone, with the role you give them.
  • Things you share with your company, by typing your work domain, such as @tidewell.com.
  • Things in a team space, on Humble for teams.

We never share your personal captures with your employer, manager or HR team.

My company pays for Humble. Can they see my notes?

No. Admins see who is active and the billing, never your private content.

What if I leave my job?

If your company pays for your Humble and that changes, we can move your account to you. Email hello@thehumbleai.com.
