Short answer
On the Tasks page, select Completed under the board. Every finished task is there, newest first. Tasks you finish today also stay on your Home screen, crossed out, until midnight.
Find a completed task
Select Tasks in the menu.
Under the board, select Completed. Your finished tasks show, newest first.
To reopen one, select its tick (Mark incomplete). It goes back on the board.
When you finish, you’ll see this.
Other places they show
- My Progress on Home puts a tick on today’s line for each task you finish.
- The Progress timeline lists each finished task on the day you finished it.
Questions
Do completed tasks get deleted?
No. They stay in Completed.
Who can reopen a task?
The owner or the person it is assigned to.
Can I search completed tasks?
Yes. Completed has its own search box.
