For employability support teams

Help neurodivergent people into work. See each step get done.

Humble is a simple organiser. It is designed with neurodivergent people, and it works for everyone on your caseload. Coaches see each person’s progress between sessions, without chasing.

Who we work with

  • Islington Council
  • LIFT, Leading Inclusive Futures through Technology
  • Better Space
  • Included VC
  • ISM University
  • Accenture
  • Google for Startups Accelerator

The problem

Between sessions, next steps get lost

  • Steps are forgottenA person agrees three steps in a session. A week later, the list is lost, or the steps feel too big to start.
  • Time lost to adminCoaches send texts, emails and calls to find out what happened, then write it all up. That time is not spent on coaching.
  • Progress is hard to showManagers and funders want to see engagement and job outcomes. The proof sits in case notes, inboxes and memory.

1. In the meeting

Capture next steps as you talk

Meeting in person? Add each step on a phone as you agree it. Meeting online? Put the call on one side of the screen and Humble on the other. Either way, each step takes a few words, not a long form, and it is saved before the meeting ends.

2. Plan together

Choose what matters now

The coach and the job seeker share one board. Together, they move each step into Now, Next or Later, so the next step is always clear and small enough to start. The coach can add their own steps too.

3. Between sessions

See progress without chasing

  • Finished steps appear on both timelines
  • Private notes stay with whoever wrote them
  • No texts or calls to find out what happened

For coaches

Your whole caseload, ready before you meet

  • Pick a person to see their week in one place
  • See who finished their steps, and who may need a call
  • The timeline fills itself in, so there is nothing to prepare
  • Share notes with another coach for cover or handover

Why it works

Built for everyone, so no one has to ask

Many people never say they are neurodivergent. So Humble is for everyone, with nothing to disclose. This is Building things so they work for as many people as possible from the start. No one has to ask for changes later.: systems built for minds that work differently work better for all.

For job seekers

Easy to use, even when “accessible” tools are not

  • No forms to fill in. A step takes a few words.
  • Now, Next and Later show the one thing to do now
  • A big step becomes small tasks, linked together
  • Add a step on a phone, the moment it comes to mind
  • Find things again by person, not by folder
  • Designed with neurodivergent people every week
“I love how much humble is tearing off generations of patch jobs and just putting down simple ways that work for ADHD brains.”

For your organisation

Reporting shaped around your programme

Every programme reports in its own way. Tell us what your managers and funders need to see. For example, engagement and progress towards job starts, one view across all your coaches, or a link to the case management system you already use. We set up Humble around it with you.

How a pilot works

Start small, with one team

  1. Agree the pilot

On a short call, we choose one team of coaches and the people they support. We agree how long it runs and what success looks like.

  2. Set up in one workshop

AI skills for the job search, for coaches and job seekers. Everyone leaves with Humble set up on their own phone or computer.

  3. Run it between sessions

Coaches and job seekers use Humble every week, next to your case management system. We check in with your team as it runs.

  4. Review the results together

We look at engagement, the steps people finished, the admin time coaches saved and what everyone says. Then you decide what comes next.

Our work so far

Inclusive AI, for people the tech world leaves out

  • Mahdi with residents at the LIFT and Humble workshop, AI skills for your job search, hosted by Better Space in August 2026

    Islington Council, with LIFT

Employability and AI skills for neurodivergent residents

    • Built around getting back into work: interview prep, a job-search inbox and applications in small steps
    • Residents left with AI set up on their own devices
    • Humble comes with the programme, so residents keep using it
  • Mahdi with attendees at a Better Space Women's Intro to AI session

    Better Space

AI for accessibility: the Women’s Intro to AI series

    • Better Space is an affordable workspace and community in Islington for local founders
    • Several sessions on AI skills for work and job seeking, for women of all ages
    • Every member can use Humble through the partnership
  • Included VC

AI skills to help more people into venture capital

    • Included VC runs a free fellowship. It helps people from communities venture capital has overlooked to start a career in it.
    • We ran a masterclass on using AI to find deals, check them and write them up
    • AI skills are in high demand, so fellows were harder to ignore when they applied for jobs
    • Some fellows built their own system for venture capital work on top of Humble, connected to Airtable and Notion, and showed it as portfolio work when they applied

FAQ

Questions

No. Humble works alongside it. Coaches capture each step in a few words, with no long forms, so there is less to type up afterwards.

Coaches can share their notes with each other, and give tasks to a new coach. The new coach sees what was agreed, so the person does not have to start again.

No. Humble is for everyone you support. No one has to share a diagnosis, or anything else, to use it.

No. Humble is private by default. The coach sees only the tasks and boards the person shares with them. They can stop sharing at any time. Session notes are private to whoever writes them: the coach keeps their own, and the person keeps theirs. See how sharing works.

Yes. Each coach has their own Humble account. They see the tasks the people they support share with them, and nothing else.

No. Humble works on a phone, in the browser. They add it to their home screen. It is the same account on a phone and a computer.

Data stays in the EU. We never sell anyone’s data or use it to train AI models. Humble is independently security tested to CASA Tier II. Anyone can ask us to delete their account and data. Humble is a tool to organise life and work, not a medical treatment. See how we keep data safe.

They keep their Humble. In the UK, Access to Work or their employer may pay for it as a reasonable adjustment. See how work can pay.
