How do I delete my account?

We delete it for you.

Works in: the web app at my.humbleai.com

Short answer

Email hello@thehumbleai.com from the email you sign in to Humble with, and ask us to delete your account. We delete your account and your data. You can’t do this in the app yet.

Before you ask

  1. Cancel your plan, so you aren’t charged again. See how.
  2. Save anything you want to keep. Copy notes or links you need somewhere else first.
  3. Email us at hello@thehumbleai.com, from the email you sign in with.

Questions

Do I have to delete my account to stop paying?

No. Cancel your plan instead, and you keep your account.

Can I delete it myself?

Not yet. Email us and a person will do it for you.
