Use case
The problem: My to-do list is long. My calendar says I am free all day.
Time block your day with your AI app
Ask your AI app to plan your day from your Humble tasks. It adds a block to your Google or Outlook calendar for each task, with a link back to the task.

The problem
What gets in the way
- Tasks have no timeYour list says what to do. It does not say when.
- Meetings fill the dayMeetings take the free time first. Your tasks wait until tomorrow.
- Planning takes energyMoving each task into your calendar by hand takes a long time.
How it works
Ask once, and your day has a plan
Before you start
Connect your calendar and Humble to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. It takes a few minutes. Done it already? Start at step 1. Set up your AI app.
-
Step 1: Ask your AI app to plan your day
Open Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. Ask: “See what tasks I have in Humble today and help me plan my day.” It finds your tasks in Humble.
-
Step 2: Check the plan
Your AI app looks at your calendar too. It puts each task in the free time between your meetings. Ask for changes until the plan feels right.
-
Step 3: Ask it to add the blocks
Ask: “Add a calendar block for each task, with a link to the task.” Your AI app adds the blocks to your calendar.
-
Step 4: Follow the plan in your calendar
Open a block to find the link to its task in Humble. Humble shows your calendar too, so the blocks are on Humble Home.

Questions
Common questions
No. Humble only reads your calendar. Your AI app adds the blocks, through its own calendar connector. Humble gives it your tasks.
Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, with Google Calendar. Claude and ChatGPT work with Outlook too. The setup guide shows each one.
Ask for it, as in step 3. Humble gives your AI app a link to each task, and your AI app adds it to the block. If your AI app cannot add the link, the block still has the task’s name.
Yes. Ask it to plan your week instead of your day. Start with one day to see what works for you.
No. Your calendar shows the block the way it shows your other events. The task in Humble stays private unless it is in a shared space.
Humble is free to start. Your AI app may need a plan that lets you add connectors.
