Pass on the people, not only the names

Problem

The client’s team gets a list of names, but not what each person said.

Steps

1. For each person, write a short note: who they are, what you discussed and the next step.
2. Link the person to the note.
3. Share the note with the person taking over.
4. Assign any open next step to them.

Contacts can’t be shared on their own. People on a shared note see the contacts linked to it, so read the note before you share it.
