Write a choice note at the end of each stage

Problem

A stage ends, and the client wants one clear answer.

Steps

1. Add a note: Choice: Tidewell, stage 1.
2. Filter your notes by the client and #Finding. Link the ones that matter.
3. Write the question, what you tried, what you learned, what you suggest, what it needs and who decides by when.
4. Link the note to the stage task. Share it with the person who decides.

Result Weak options stop early. Strong ones move on with clear reasons.
