Write each finding where you can find it again

Problem

You hear something important on a call. Three weeks later, you can’t find who said it.

Steps

  1. Write the finding as one plain sentence in a note.
  2. Link the person who said it and the stage task.
  3. Tag it with the client and #Finding.
  4. Add how sure you are: heard once, heard often or shown with numbers.

Test If the client asks “who told you that?”, can you answer in one click?

Result Each finding stays with its source.
