The problem

What gets in the way

  • Ideas in five appsA notes app, email drafts, chats and paper. Each one has a piece.
  • Notes lose their meaningYou find a note later but forget what it was for.
  • No time to sortSorting notes into folders takes longer than writing them.

How it works

Write it once, link it to your work

  1. Step 1: Write a note with + Note

Click + Note and write. You can sort it later.

  2. Step 2: Link it to your work

In Related items, link the tasks, people and pages the note is about.

  3. Step 3: Add a tag

A tag is a list. Open the tag to see every note in it.

  4. Step 4: Send a note from Slack

Away from Humble? Send it a message in Slack and it becomes a note.

What people say

“That ability to connect context is what makes Humble feel different. It brings those pieces together in a way that stays usable and meaningful. It doesn’t just hold my thoughts; it helps me see how they relate to each other and to what I’m working toward.”
