Plan the work in stages

Problem

The plan says what you will do, but not what the client will decide.

Steps

  1. Add one task per stage: Stage 1: Look at the options, Stage 2: Test the best ones, Stage 3: Help Tidewell choose. Tag each with the client.
  2. Add a task for each step. In the stage task, select Related, then Add link, and pick the step.
  3. Put the current stage in Now, the next in Next and the last in Later.
  4. End each stage with a task that names the choice: Choose two options to test.

Test What will the client decide at the end of this stage?

Result Progress means a choice made, not hours spent.
