Take notes beside the call, and end with owned next steps

Problem

Calls end with “let’s keep in touch”, and nothing moves.

Steps

1. Split your screen: the call on one side, Humble in a new tab on the other.
2. Write one note for the call. Tag the client and link the people on it.
3. Before the call ends, read out each next step and its owner.
4. After the call, make each step a task with an owner and a date. Link the note to it.
5. Assign other people’s steps to them by email. Humble does not tell them, so send a message.
