For charities and non-profits

The people who need this most shouldn't face a price barrier.

Humble offers free access to qualifying charities, non-profits and community organisations. If you support neurodivergent people — or your community simply can't afford the tools they need — we want to hear from you.

Who this is for

Any organisation doing good work.

We don't limit this to one type of organisation. If you're working to support people who would benefit from Humble, we're open to a conversation.

🧠

Neurodiversity organisations

Charities, CICs and support groups focused on ADHD, autism, dyslexia or other neurodevelopmental differences — whether for individuals, families or workplaces.

🎓

Education and student support

University disability services, student unions, schools and colleges supporting learners who struggle with standard tools and need something built differently.

🤝

Community and social enterprise

Non-profits, community interest companies and grassroots groups where members or beneficiaries would genuinely benefit but can't afford a paid subscription.

What you get

Free access to Humble Plus.

If your application is approved, your organisation gets full Humble Plus access — no time limit, no reduced feature set.

Full Humble Plus access

Unlimited tasks, reflections, calendar integration, AI-powered organisation and all integrations. No caps, no trial period.

For your whole team

Access for the people in your organisation who need it — not just one account. We'll agree on a number that makes sense for your size.

Onboarding support

We'll help you get started. A short call, some guidance on which features matter most for your context — whatever's useful.

A relationship, not a form

Every application gets a real response from us. We review each one individually and we'll tell you clearly whether we can help and how.

How it works

Simple from start to finish.

There's no lengthy form or formal process. Tell us who you are, we'll take it from there.

1

Send us an email

Write to hello@thehumbleai.com with the subject line 'Charity access application'. Tell us who you are, what your organisation does, who you support and roughly how many people would use Humble.

2

We get back to you within a week

We review every application ourselves. We'll let you know if you're approved, ask a follow-up question if we need one, or explain if this isn't the right fit — either way, you'll hear from us.

3

Get set up

If approved, we'll set up your access and get you started. We'll agree on what works for your organisation and check in a few months in to see how it's going.

A note from us

We're a small team. We're honest about that.

Humble is an early-stage company backed by Google AI Accelerator and a handful of investors who believe in what we're building. We can't approve every application — and we won't pretend otherwise.

What we can do is make a genuine decision on each one and tell you clearly where we land. If the timing isn't right or the fit isn't there, we'll say so. No silence, no form rejections.

If you're doing real work with neurodivergent communities, we want to find a way to support it.
