Use case

Get a brief before every founder meeting

Each morning, Claude looks at your calendar. For each founder meeting, it reads your past notes in Humble, checks for news, and writes a short brief: last time, what is new, and what to ask. The brief is linked to the founder.

Last checked

The problem: I go into calls without reading up. Then I ask what I already know.

The problem

What gets in the way

  • No time to read upMeetings run back to back. You open the call cold.
  • Old notes are hard to findWhat the founder said last time is in a note you cannot find.
  • You miss what changedThey hired, raised or launched since you last spoke. You find out on the call.

How it works

A brief waiting for you each morning

  1. Step 1: Make a scheduled task

In Claude, make a task that runs each morning. Say For each meeting with a founder today, write me a brief in Humble.

Needs the Humble AI connector (MCP) (opens in a new tab) and your calendar connected to your AI app (opens in a new tab)

  2. Step 2: Read the brief

Each brief says what you talked about last time, what is new, and what to ask.

  3. Step 3: Find it on the founder

Each brief is linked to the founder in Contacts, with your past notes on them.

Questions

Common questions

Through its own Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 connector. Humble does not give your calendar to Claude.

Tell it in the prompt, such as meetings with people in your Humble folder Pipeline, or with anyone outside your firm.

Yes. Treat its research as a first draft. It lists its sources, so check anything that matters before you decide.

No. Your notes, contacts and links are private. Linking a founder to a note shares nothing with them.

No. Connecting your AI apps is part of every Humble plan. Scheduled tasks and connectors need a paid Claude plan.
